She was born in Olivia Leah Blunt Emily on February 23, 1983 in Roehampton, South West London, England, second of four children in a family lawyer father and teacher mother. She was trained in Ibstock Place School, the U.S.-ed private school in Roehampton. However, young Emily Blunt was a stutter because she was a child 8. Her mother took her children to classes, not do everything. She reached a turning point in the 12 teacher, when asked to play with other intelligent people and the voice said. "I really believe in you." Blunt ended with the Northern accent, and it was a trick, her stammer disappeared.
From 1999 - 2001, Blunt went to Hurtwood home, the best co-ed boarding school, where she will excel in sports, cello and vocals.She also has a two year research Hurtwood theater, drama, of course. August 2000 Elected to the Edinburgh Festival. She signed with agent, Ken McReddie, that led to the West End and the BBC-in, they account for some of the dramas on stage and television productions, including "War, Foyle - s", "Henry VIII", and "Empire" : In 2001, she appeared as «Gwen Cavendish» Dame Judi Dench in Sir Peter Hall production, opposite "The Royal Family" at Haymarket Theatre this role, she won the Evening Standard Award for best newcomer in 2002, played a "Juliet" in "Romeo and Juliet" at the prestigious festival in Chichester:
